At Insta, we have prepared, commissioned by the l’Escamot cooperative, a report aimed at analyzing the legal framework of Company Relocation Plans (PDE) in Catalonia, with specific attention to the Camp de Tarragona.<\/p>\n
The study consisted of a detailed analysis of the state and Catalan regulatory framework on air quality and sustainable mobility, especially with regard to areas where limit values \u200b\u200bfor atmospheric pollutants are exceeded and mobility planning instruments, among which the Company Travel Plans stand out.<\/p>\n
Likewise, the report incorporates a review of regulations linked to labor rights, accessibility and public incentive mechanisms, including subsidies and aid intended for companies that already have a PDE or that plan to implement one.
