For example, for the &#8220;dialogue table&#8221; between the Catalan and Spanish governments, or for making a peace proposal between Russians and Ukrainians. But do we all mean the same thing when we talk about &#8220;dialogue&#8221;?  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Surely not, and that is why it is important that each of the parties can express what meaning they give to it. If we look in the dictionary we will find definitions such as: &#8220;Dialogue is an exchange of information between two or more people. It can be oral or written&#8221;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">For INSTA, dialogue goes further, because exchanging information is not enough and we can fall into a &#8220;dialogue of the deaf&#8221;. For us, dialogue is a fundamental tool for environmental protection (article), and we identify three key elements to take into account: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">It must be a voluntary act<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">That there is a clear intention to listen to and understand the other person<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Use a way of expressing yourself that makes it easier for the other person to listen to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">In the following publications, we will explain the methodologies we use and the problems we have encountered and how we have dealt with them.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we often hear the word &#8220;dialogue&#8221;.
