Practical tools and communication skills\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of our ongoing project &#8220;Environmental Dialogue for the Future of All&#8221; (funded by the Generalitat de Catalunya, Call for Unique Projects 2023), we will organize the Training Conference &#8220;How do we facilitate environmental dialogue? Practical tools and communication skills&#8221;, with the aim of offering a broad perspective on different basic tools and techniques to promote environmental dialogue in situations of tension or conflict, participatory processes, dialogue tables&#8230; in order to facilitate its successful and positive management.<\/p>\n<p>These conferences, which have the collaboration of the Network for Nature Conservation (XCN), will be held <strong>in person<\/strong> on <strong>April 15 and 22, 2024<\/strong> (from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) at the <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/oSME27bY6ukX2iQy9\">Casal de Barri Pou de la Figuera<\/a> , located at C. Sant Pere M\u00e9s Baix, 70, Barcelona. Both sessions will be facilitated by Aid\u00e0 Almirall Serra and Lola Montejo Cunilleras from T\u00e9sera Mediaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>The training activity is <strong>free<\/strong> , but it is essential to register in advance by filling out the following form:  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Places are limited<\/strong> and will be allocated in order of registration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Content of the conferences<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Day 1: Where can we use environmental dialogue?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Conflicts (characteristics, the impact of interpersonal conflicts in organizations. interpersonal dynamics: escalation and de-escalation, different ways of approaching them. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Analysis of the conflicts set (multi-causal, multi-party, territorial) Background, relationships, dynamics and possible scenarios in order to identify opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design of effective conversations: conditions for sustainable dialogues in participatory processes, dialogue tables, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Spaces to share real situations and practice<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Day 2: Tools and skills<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Components of communication: language, emotionality and corporeality.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Train communication skills to design effective conversations that lead to collaboration and agreement<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Premises, empathetic listening, judgments and communication model: observation of facts, feelings, needs and requests <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Trust.
