This month of May, Leo Broadhurst has joined INSTA to carry out his internship for the Pompeu Fabra University Law Degree. Leo is about to complete his Degree in Law at the Pompeu Fabra University, where he is also currently studying for a degree in Political Science and Administration.
Leo has worked in the private sector drafting lawsuits and other legal documents. Above all, in the field of Civil Law and Commercial Law, he has prepared numerous claims for amount and nullity actions of abusive clauses of mortgage loans. He is very interested in Administrative Law and, in particular, in the application of the tools offered by Environmental Law to deal with the new socio-environmental challenges posed by the different axes of social and economic inequality in 21st century societies .
He will develop his practices until the month of September of this year 2024.
