Commissioned by the Farmers’ Union, the GEPEC-EdC and grouped owners, INSTA has led the environmental legal defense of those affected by the duplication of the road between Almoster and La Selva del Camp (Baix Camp). INSTA’s advice and services have been in both the administrative and judicial phases, assessing the environmental and agricultural damage generated by the new planned route, and defending the interests of those affected who demand an improvement of the current route and not a duplication as the projected.
