On 10 and 11 October, INSTA participated in the VIII National Congress of Environmental Law organized in Seville. The congress had relevant papers on the future of environmental law in Spain, analysis of environmental law in sectors such as environmental assessment, urban planning, energy, climate change, among others. The meeting also served to pay tribute to Professor Ramón Martín Mateo, the main promoter of environmental law in the State and who left us in 2014.
Joan Pons Solé, a member of INSTA, attended the congress and provided a paper on how environmental law can deal with environmental conflicts, especially in the urban area, in Catalonia. His presentation was included in the book of minutes of the congress and will be published in the book that will be published for the occasion.
