From 12 to 21 March, Jordi Solé and Joan Pons, partners of INSTA, offered the training capsule in Environmental Law on Forest Management at IDETSA (L’Hospitalet de l’Infant).

The capsule, lasting 8 hours divided into four two-hour classes, focused on the technical and legal concepts of forest management, environment and new opportunities such as land stewardship, forestry and environmental services. In addition to explaining the importance of proper forest management to prevent the spread of large forest fires, and the different models of forest certification, as well as forest taxation.

Attendees at the capsule showed great interest in the content of the capsule and set out their questions regarding how they have to manage their forest properties, what job opportunities it offers and to what extent the regulations that are affected in this theme.
