LandLife aims to communicate the value of land stewardship as an effective and successful tool for nature and biodiversity conservation. The project is funded by the European Commission (LIFE +) and was officially launched at the launch meeting in Vic on 28 September 2011.
During the period September 2011 to December 2014 the five partners of the LandLife project – Land Stewardship Network, Conservatoire d’espaces naturels du Languedoc-Roussillon, Legambiente Lombardia, Eurosite and Prysma – will promote the principles of land stewardship and the development of practical tools that can also be put into practice in a caring natural area.
The manual that has just been presented aims to take a European approach to the concept of land stewardship and its potential for social involvement in conservation. You can consult the manual in this one link .
