Last October, the URV Governing Council recognized this business project as the URV’s Start-up company, in accordance with the regulations for the creation of companies around the URV, which it recognizes as Start -up those business initiatives that have emerged on the initiative of URV students.
The aim of this recognition is to establish a relationship of mutual benefit between the company and the URV, in which the company will be able to accredit to third parties the recognition as a Start-up company of the URV, offering a brand image. Both the corporate purpose and the business activity of the company are related to the areas of knowledge of the URV.
During the processing of this recognition, the company has had the advice of URV Emprèn which includes the URV Valorisation Unit, located in the Center for the Transfer of Technology and Innovation (CTTi) of the URV Foundation and the Chair on the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Business Creation of the URV.
The agreement was signed by the rector Josep Anton Ferré, on behalf of the URV, and Joan Pons on behalf of INSTA.
