The book ” has recently been publishedLegal Challenges at the End of the Fossil Fuel Era. Shaping a Just and Clean Energy Transition” from the publisher Palgrave Macmillan. In this book, relating to the complexities of the energy transition and the importance of having political and legal frameworks aligned with its current and future needs, INSTA lawyer Ivan Hortigüela Bolsa has written a chapter relating to the legal protection of the Catalan territory towards certain renewable energy projects.
