Project Description

INSTA – Serveis Jurídics Ambientals has prepared a legal report for CIEMAT on cybersecurity frameworks in power plants and radioactive facilities, both in the European Union and in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and South Korea, among others.

The work is part of the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan of the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN) and aims to study adherence to international instruments (binding and non-binding) and evaluate the practical effectiveness of the rules, including the scope of legal liability in the face of cyberattacks.
