Project Description

At INSTA we have prepared a legal-fiscal report for the Emprius Foundation to design a model that allows the properties owned by the Emprius Foundation to be made available to social-based community projects, maximizing legal security.

The work is based on the need to guarantee compliance with the foundation’s purposes, including the purpose of removing properties from the speculative market and permanently allocating them to community initiatives.

The report analyzes different figures (lease, commodat, temporary usufruct, surface right, lease for work, etc.) and offers practical recommendations on their civil and tax impact.
