Project Description

From INSTA – Environmental Legal Services we have collaborated with the Provincial Council of Ávila within the framework of the European project CEL RURAL (Development of pilot actions for the promotion of Local Energy Communities in rural environments).

Our intervention has consisted of specialized legal assistance for the preparation of models of technical and administrative specifications that serve as a basis for public procurement in the different phases of development of a local energy community: dynamization, constitution, execution of facilities and management.

The preparation of these legal documents will allow participating municipalities to easily adapt contracting processes to their local realities, thus contributing to facilitating the creation and consolidation of energy communities in rural areas.
