Lawyer specializing in Environmental Law (col. 2951 in the Bar Association of Tarragona) with experience in Water Law, Urbanism and Spatial Planning and Environmental Criminal Law. I have developed my work in legal aid in different jurisdictional orders both prior to the process and in its different phases. I also have research experience in the university field and I am currently developing an industrial doctorate with INSTA and Rovira i Virgili University.

Hard work always outweighs talent when it is not striving; there is no better investment in this work than the diligent care of the Earth we inhabit.

Geographer specialized in Territorial Planning with mention in Territorial Planning and Local Development and with a master’s degree in Planning, Governance and Territorial Leadership (col. 3494 at the College of Geographers of Spain). I have developed territorial planning tasks in the field of tourism, the environment and urban planning. In all the areas in which I have worked, I have used cartography as a basic tool to know the territory in which we find ourselves. I have also collaborated in sustainable tourism participatory processes and sustainable local development projects.

The environment is a space that we share with other species, both animals and plants, and it is our duty to protect it and manage it correctly from the point of empathy, respect and equality.

Lawyer specialized in Environmental Law and new technologies. He has worked professionally as a legal technician for the public and private sector, intervening in different administrative processes and getting involved in the field of social responsibility. He has research experience in urban law and pollution management. He has also collaborated with several environmental associations, participating in energy cooperative projects and sustainable cross-border development.

We live in an era of unprecedented progress, but immersed in a major environmental crisis. Paradoxically, having knowledge and resources like never before in history, the balance of life on Earth is in danger. Only a strong social and professional commitment to our environment can bring us to a state of harmony with the planet.

I have more than 10 years of international professional experience and extensive postdoctoral training, particularly in the socio-legal issues and challenges of the climate and ecological crisis.

Over the years, I have been involved in several research projects on topics including human rights, climate and energy justice, climate and ecological litigation, and intersectional and ecocentric approaches based on rights of nature. I was also a visiting researcher at prestigious universities and specialized research centers and an undergraduate and postgraduate university teacher.

Beyond academia, I have worked as a lawyer and consultant to various public and private bodies and collaborated with various local, indigenous and civil society environmental organizations in various countries. In addition, I am an international lecturer, author of more than 50 academic and non-academic publications, and expert member of various academic and civil society networks and associations such as the Climate Change Specialist Group of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law, among others

The climate and ecological crisis requires actions from different spheres (civil, academic and political) that recognize inequalities and structural causes and promote fair and equitable solutions for the people and ecosystems of our Mother Earth.
