Commissioned by the Department of Territory and Sustainability, and part of the Interreg-Europe BID-REX project, INSTA has prepared a legal report in order to analyze the appropriate legal form for the creation of the Natural Heritage Observatory of Catalonia.

The report provides a comparative analysis of other cases in different territories: Ireland, Scotland, France and the Basque Country. Finally, taking into account the existing legal framework and the objectives pursued by the future Observatory, a proposal is made legally for the Catalan case.
