Commissioned by a municipal group of Reus City Council, INSTA has prepared a report on legal and environmental analysis of the current contract for garbage collection in the city of Reus. The report reviews the administrative procedure followed by the award of the contract, its monitoring and future proposals for a new management model. Also, the statistics of selective collection in the city since the entry into force of the contract were analyzed.
