As part of a course organized by the Association of Environmentalists, the Catalan Society of Spatial Planning and the Environmental Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association, INSTA led by Joan Pons, offered a formative paper on the legislative novelties in ordenación of the coast and management of river basins.

Aspects such as the reform of the Coastal Law, the draft law for the planning of the coast of Catalonia, the integrated management of coastal areas, the new planning of the Catalan inland basins, as well as the revision of the ‘Ebro.
