INSTA, as a node of expertise of the Territory Custody Network, has recently advised several custody entities that had to establish new contracts with the property.

Specifically, the function of INSTA has been to review the legal fit of each contract, the analysis of the different types of property present in the agreements, as well as the impacts of the agreement on the territory and its values.
